Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Liuliangguang VPN (the "Service Provider") governing your download, installation, and use of the mobile acceleration application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. All intellectual property rights in the App and related materials remain with the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, routing, or fees when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes where appropriate. You are responsible for protecting your device and account credentials, and you should avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices in ways that undermine system security.

The Service may rely on necessary third-party infrastructure or analytics components, including services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of the Service may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

The App depends on an available network connection, whether Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service cannot be used because of unpaid bills, data caps, weak signal conditions, roaming fees, or similar connectivity issues, the Service Provider is not responsible for those failures. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission from the bill payer or device administrator before using the App, especially when mobile data or roaming charges may apply.

You remain responsible for how you use the Service. For example, if access fails because a device battery is depleted, a system setting is broken, or a third-party environment changes, those issues are outside our compensation scope. We work to keep route information and service availability as accurate as possible, but some infrastructure depends on third-party providers, so we cannot accept unlimited liability for indirect losses arising from those dependencies. We may also release updates for compatibility and security, and you may need to install the latest version to keep using the App. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service where legally permitted.
